Submit project requests anytime through your dedicated Trello board. I work on one active request at a time, completing each in the order it's received. Once a request is finished, I immediately move on to the next. There are no limits to how many requests you can add to your queue.

Getting started is simple. After you subscribe, we'll set up your dedicated Trello board and send you an invitation—typically within an hour. Once you accept the invite, you can begin submitting requests right away. Your board includes everything you need to manage projects, track progress, and submit new requests.

Almost anything related to your brand's creative needs can be requested through Trello. Simply create a new request and attach any relevant assets, including briefs, Google Docs, Microsoft Office files, wireframes, sketches, reference images, or brand guidelines. Clear direction helps ensure faster turnaround and exceptional results.

Turnaround times depend on your subscription plan. Most requests are delivered within 2–3 business days on the Essential plan and 1–2 business days on the Pro plan. Larger or more complex projects—such as animations, multi-product scenes, or extensive revisions—may require additional time, but you'll always receive a clear timeline and regular progress updates.

Every project is created by me, Daniel Jolani, a 3D artist specializing in premium product visualization, animation, and digital content for growing brands. When you subscribe, you're working directly with the person creating your work—no outsourcing, no account managers, and no unnecessary layers of communication. Just clear collaboration and high-quality creative, delivered consistently.

Absolutely. You can submit an unlimited number of requests to your Trello board at any time. Your projects will be organized in a queue, and I'll work through them one at a time, in the order they're received. As soon as one request is completed, the next one automatically moves into production. The plan you select determines how many requests are completed in each given month.

Larger projects are broken down into manageable milestones to keep production moving efficiently. Whether it's a product animation, a multi-product scene, or a complete library of 3D assets, you'll receive consistent progress updates and completed deliverables throughout the project. Behind the scenes, our in-house Project Manager oversees timelines, communication, and workflow coordination, ensuring every project stays organized and on track while I focus on delivering exceptional creative work.

Not every concept is perfect on the first pass—and that's okay. Revisions are included with every request, allowing us to refine and improve your project until it meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver work you're proud to share.

Absolutely. You can pause your subscription at any time if your workload slows down or you simply don't need ongoing creative support. It's a flexible way to get the creative support you need—only when you need it.
